5 Natural Ways to Loose Weight

Hey guys, are you struggling with weight gain or you are trying to loose weight but do not know how to maintain it, well here are some tips to help you on a daily basis:
1. Drink lots of water: I know you have probably heard this a thousand times but this time I'll tell you when; drink water first before eating anything in the morning, drink water after each meal having a 30 mins break in between and finally drink water before sleeping
2. Take the stairs: Elevators can be cool sometimes but if you want to loose the extra weight then you should really consider taking the stairs
3. Do not eat past 7: I would say a lot of people do not take this seriously but I tell you it is mostly the cause of weight gain and bloating
4. Have a regular sleeping time: Research has shown that those who do not have a particular bed time gain weight because they have a tendency to over sleep. So set a convenient bed time for yourself
5. Exercise: Working out regularly can have significant effect on your body. Even if it's just 20 mins a day it is still something.
